Please show his employees this site. Tell them, "Don't mess with the IRS". Federal tax crimes come with hefty fines, prison time, and a damaged reputation.
We already suspect that almost none of these invoices DO NOT make it onto A1's Ledgers. The State and Federal IRS Departments will want verification.
TELL A1 THAT YOU WILL BE SENDING YOUR INVOICE TO US, FOR SUBMISSION TO THE IRS.

What You Do On Site Might Help

If you are onsite and have not yet been towed, following all of these may help later.
Anyone that is going to help you with this, Attorneys, Memphis Administration, Tennessee Attorney General, Police, OOIDA or Stand With Trucking will need as much proof and detail as possible.

DOCUMENT 1

Take pictures of the tow truck, it's door signs, permits, license plate etc. Stand back, non confrontational. Note the times.

Take video of them hauling your truck and trailer together. This will be important.

If you have a receipt from your parking payment, locate and retain it.

Check with trucks around you. Most have dash cams. See if anyone captured the incident. Ask if they are willing to share. If it's a company truck, call their company and ask for the footage.
